9 out of the top 10 applicants in the April 2020 Bar Examination were from An-Najah National University's Faculty of Law alumni. The Bar Examination is an examination that is administered by the Palestinian Bar Association and a lawyer must pass in order to be admitted to the bar association.
Adv. Dawood Dar’awi, a member of the Palestinian Bar Association said that the top 9 students in the bar examination were from An-Najah’s Faculty of Law as the Bar announced the results of the exam on July 14th, 2020.
Commenting on the efficiency of An-Najah's law graduates, Dr. Na’eem Salameh, Dean of the University's Faculty of Law said: “The results of the exam indicate the great efforts made by An-Najah's Faculty of Law's students and staff." He added that the Faculty of Law is led by distinguished academic staff who bring an impressive range of expertise and experience into the classrooms.
