The legal clinic at An-Najah National University held on Thursday, 17 August 2023, a legal day entitled "Applications of labor law in economic establishments" in cooperation with the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the presence of a group of representatives of economic companies and establishments members of the Chamber of Commerce.

The Legal Day was opened by the Director General of the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Salah Hussein, welcoming guests and noting the role of the Chamber in enhancing the legal knowledge of the members of the Chamber, particularly in the field of labor law, emphasizing the partnership that the Chamber brings together with the project "My Facility" and the legal clinic at An-Najah National University.

The Legal Day was presented by Counsel D. Naeem Salameh, Professor of Law at An-Najah National University, discussed the provisions of the law concerning the individual work contract and the proper mechanisms for the application of the law in enterprises, indicating the nature of the individual work contract and the mutual rights between the worker and the employer under the contract and the law.

At the end of the presentation of the law, discussions and inquiries were opened to attend, which were characterized by the great interaction of the attendees.

It should be noted that this legal day is part of the activities of the project to enhance the sustainability of the legal clinic at the National University of Success, funded by Sawasya 2 program, implemented through UNDP, UN-Women and UNICEF.
