The legal clinic at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Nablus on Tuesday 29/8/2023 held a legal meeting entitled "Registration of companies and individual files, trade name and commercial contracts" in Nablus governorate, where Dr. Ghassan Khalid presented the legal day with the presence of a group of traders and companies on the Chamber's schedules as well as a group of lawyers and students from the Faculty of Law.

The legal meeting discussed intellectual property and the subjects under which it falls from a trade name, trademark, drawings and industrial models. Traders and entrepreneurs discussed the registration of companies. Dr. Ghassan Khalid explained the role, capital and characteristics of each company, as well as the decision of Law No. 42 of 2021 on companies.

In conclusion, questions and questions were opened to attend on the subject of the meeting, which was characterized by interaction from the audience.

It is worth mentioning that this meeting is part of the activities of the project to enhance the sustainability of the legal clinic at the National University of Success, funded by Sawasys 2 program, implemented through UNDP, UN-Women and UNICEF.
