The training held from 22-23-29-30 December 2024 focused on the preparation of the Judicial Litigation and Reply Regulations. These trainings were provided by the attorney of the legal clinic Mohammed Al-Atrash, they focused on teaching students how to prepare legal documents in accordance with the procedures followed in Palestinian courts. They also covered key legal topics such as the Palestinian Labor law and the Owners and Tenants' Act, where students were trained to address practical issues related to these laws.

The trainings, have helped to develop delivery, presentation and application skills, which has contributed to enhancing students' ability to express their legal opinions clearly and effectively in front of a diverse audience, and were characterized by an environment similar to professional work, where students had the opportunity to emulate legal realities through applied activities, including analysis of case law and practical handling of legal issues.

These trainings are in line with the sustainable development goals, particularly Goal 16 “peace, justice and strong institutions”, where they contribute to enhancing access to justice and building strong legal institutions by qualifying students with the necessary legal skills. These activities also support the fourth sustainable development goal, "quality education", by providing practical education that combines theoretical knowledge. They proved successful in enhancing students' self-confidence and providing them with practical experiences to help them prepare responsive regulations. This effort reflects the National Success University's desire to provide educational programs that contribute to building a generation of legal professionals capable of serving society and achieving justice.

These efforts aim to promote social justice and support the most vulnerable in Palestinian society, in line with the principles of sustainable development. Applied skills, enhancing students' readiness to practice the legal profession efficiently.

These trainings are part of a series of awareness-raising activities carried out by the legal clinic at An-Najah National University, within the project to enhance the sustainability of the legal clinic, funded by Sawsya 3 program, implemented in partnership with UNDP, UN-Women and UNICEF.
