The Najah Legal Incubator is a pioneering specialized initiative launched by the Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at An-Najah National University. It aims to support and empower newly practicing lawyers by enhancing their professional readiness through an integrated, practice-based legal program. The Incubator seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical legal education and the practical demands of legal practice by providing specialized legal trainings, professional mentoring, practical skills development, and hands-on engagement with real cases drawn from the Palestinian context.
The Incubator works to strengthen lawyers’ capacities across a range of legal fields, including litigation, legal drafting, mediation and dispute resolution, professional ethics, and legal communication. This is achieved through effective partnerships with justice sector institutions, official bodies, and civil society organizations. The Incubator also contributes to improving access to justice, supporting marginalized and vulnerable groups, and reinforcing the rule of law, in line with An-Najah National University’s mission, its community engagement role, and the relevant Sustainable Development Goals related to justice, quality education, and equality.
